Background: Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) is a proven vector control intervention for malaria prevention, yet community acceptance remains suboptimal in many settings. This study assessed the knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions towards IRS among residents of Masala Township in Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Zambia.
